Tap That! Lager Bracket Promotion
Terms & Conditions
The Tap That! Lager Bracket Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Tap & Burger and participating locations. By submitting a bracket, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
- Promotion is open to guests 21 years of age or older with valid identification.
- Employees of Tap & Burger and affiliated concepts are not eligible to participate.
- Brackets are available March 15 through March 18 and will be distributed to dine-in guests only while supplies last.
- Each guest may submit one (1) bracket total, selecting either the Men’s or Women’s tournament, but not both.
Bracket Submission
- Completed brackets must be submitted in person at the time of distribution.
- Guests must provide their full name and phone number on the bracket to be eligible.
- Guests are encouraged to take a photo of their completed bracket for their personal reference before submission.
- All submitted brackets become the property of Tap & Burger and will not be returned.
Free Beer Rewards
- For each correctly predicted game in the participant’s submitted bracket, the guest will earn one (1) Tap That! Lager.
- Rewards are based solely on the official tournament results as determined by the governing league.
Redemption Rules
- Free beers may be redeemed beginning March 19.
- Limit one (1) free Tap That! Lager redemption per guest per day.
- Redemption requires the purchase of at least one additional food or beverage item during the same visit.
- Free beers are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted for another beverage unless determined by management.
- All redemptions are subject to applicable alcohol laws and responsible service policies.
Expiration
- All earned free beers must be redeemed by March 18, 2027. Any unused rewards will expire after this date.
Additional Terms
- Tap & Burger reserves the right to verify eligibility, limit participation, or disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, multiple submissions, or violation of these terms.
- Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- All alcohol service is subject to local and state laws, and Tap & Burger reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
